MEET PUM

Thai cooking.
Her way.

Pum grew up with the flavours of her grandmother’s kitchen. Years later, she found her own way to keep those recipes alive: natural, simple and made to be shared.

WHERE IT STARTED

Cooking was part of growing up.

In Thailand, Pum learned to cook as a child with her grandmother. The recipes were not written as formulas. They were learned by doing: tasting, smelling, watching and cooking again.

That family kitchen gave Pum the foundation she still cooks from today — Thai food full of flavour, made with natural ingredients and without unnecessary complication.

STUDENT YEARS · UNITED KINGDOM

Keep the soul.
Make it simpler.

While studying in the UK, Pum was far from home and cooking with the ingredients and time she had. She began adapting the recipes she knew so they could be prepared more simply — without losing their Thai identity.

This practical way of cooking would become one of the ideas at the heart of Pum’s Lazy Cuisine.

MORE THAN RECIPES

For Pum, food has always been about people.

She talks to everyone, laughs easily and believes a meal is first of all a moment of connection. That spirit is what we want you to feel when you cook with us in Phuket.
